Our units are all steel and metal construction built on concrete slabs. There's no wood anywhere to attract termites or other vermin. There's no concrete block walls to absorb water and increase dampness. Many other storage companies use these older methods and in just a few short years, these construction problems are readily seen.
We also offer (see below) climate controlled units. These units are heated and cooled by a heat pump year round, just like your own home. The temperatures never fall below 65 degrees or are warmer than 79 degrees. All your temperature-sensitive goods need to be stored in these special units.

You want your goods stored in the best you can find. Whether climate controlled or regular, all metal construction is the best.

All our large units have an eight (8) foot wide by six (6) foot high coil garage door with counter springs to make opening and closing effortless. You can store automobiles, motorcycles and boats by making special arrangements.

Every 35 feet, you will find high intensity quartz lights to make access after dark no more of a problem than in daylight. This is especially important in the short winter days. The lighting also aids our video cameras.
